Kenneth Procter studied at Liverpool City School of Art, 1935-37, under William C. Penn, and later at St. Martin's School of Art, 1945-7. Later he taught at Ealing School of Art for over 25 years. He exhibited at various London Galleries including the R.A., R.B.A, and the R.I. He had a holiday cottage for many years at Beulah, Powys, Wales, and there he painted many works, drawing particular on the landscapes within the local vicinity.
