Payment
All our prices include FREE packing and delivery within the UK.
If you live outside the UK and you wish to purchase a painting, please contact us by phone or e-mail for further details concerning shipping costs.
We will make payment for your chosen work as easy as possible, offering a variety of payment methods to suit your needs. These include;
- Direct Bank transfer
- Cheque
- PayPal /Card transactions can be processed through PayPal.
Deferred Payments
Deferred payments can be accepted over an agreed period of time whilst paintings remain with us. A deposit and period of time in which to pay the full amount will be negotiated with the buyer. At the end of this period of time, if the balance has not been paid, the item will be re-advertised FOR SALE and the deposit retained by RFA. Each transaction will be viewed on an individual basis.
When the funds have been cleared the item(s) will be packed and dispatched.
Packing and Shipping
We pack the pictures ourselves using double sleeve boxes designed especially for transporting paintings. Glass is taped and protected with cardboard and bubble wrap. Sometimes polystyrene chips are added for extra protection.
We work closely with reputable courier firms to assure our clients a safe and speedy delivery with each item being tracked at every stage of its journey. Collection dates within the UK are normally next day. Northern Island, Highlands etc. will be between 2 and 3 days while overseas can be up to a week or more.
